At Corrective Exercise, we believe trust is the foundation of meaningful progress. Our team takes the time to build genuine relationships with each client, creating a safe and supportive environment where confidence can be rebuilt and independence restored. Through thoughtful, evidence-based programming, we help seniors strengthen their bodies, improve mobility, and regain the ability to perform everyday tasks with confidence.

Independence is something we all seek throughout life, and preserving it becomes even more important as we age. Walking, standing, and caring for oneself require functional strength that is often taken for granted until it begins to fade. Supporting seniors through this stage takes specialized training, patience, and compassionate communication. At Corrective Exercise, we are committed to helping older adults maintain mobility, dignity, and the highest possible quality of life.

Frank & Rasha Brown
Owners

Frank founded the company in 2013 while serving as a Wellness Director at The Covenant House in Tucson, Arizona. With a strong passion for helping seniors improve their quality of life, he built the company on a foundation of corrective exercise and functional fitness. Frank holds multiple fitness certifications, a degree in Personal Training from Carrington College, an Associate of Science from Pima Community College, and an extensive background in kinesiology.

Rasha was born in Cairo, Egypt, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance. In 2012, she immigrated to the United States with her two children, Emy and Ehab. Unsure how her financial education would translate into the American workforce, she chose to pursue a new career in healthcare. While navigating the immigration process and raising two school-aged children, Rasha earned her CNA and Phlebotomy licenses. She worked at St. Mary’s Hospital, then Banner University Medical Center, and later spent five years at Encompass Rehabilitation in Tucson, where she earned an additional certification as a Rehabilitation Nurse Technician.

Frank and Rasha met in 2019 when Rasha was seeking a part-time position. In November 2021, Rasha took over the operations side of the company, allowing Frank to focus on sales and strategic growth. In March 2023, they relocated to Phoenix, Arizona, to expand the company and serve more communities throughout the state.
