One-on-one specialized care
If someone you love is facing Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Stroke, ALS, MS, or Lewy Body, it can feel like there is nothing left to try. There is. Our geriatric personal training sessions meet seniors exactly where they are, in their own home, with a program built specifically around their condition and current abilities.

Families often reach out after being told there is nothing more to try, or after watching a parent decline for months without any active intervention. In our experience over the last 13 years, that assumption is rarely true. Functionally restorative exercise can improve quality of life at nearly every stage of decline, including for clients who are bed-bound or on hospice care.

What a session looks like
A Corrective Exercise trainer comes directly to your loved one's home and works one-on-one, starting with a full mobility, condition, and cognitive assessment. From there, we build an individualized program focused on functional movement, the kind that supports real daily independence like standing, transferring, and walking safely, rather than generic strength training.
Initial in-home assessment
Custom program built around the specific condition and current ability level
Regular one-on-one sessions in the home
Ongoing communication with the family on progress and any changes in condition
Common questions from families
-
Yes. Every program starts with a full assessment, and sessions are built around what the individual can safely do that day, adjusting as their condition changes.
-
There is still work we can do. Restorative exercise for bed-bound clients focuses on comfort, circulation, gentle range of motion, and small functional gains that meaningfully improve quality of life.
-
Coverage varies by plan and situation. We can walk through your specific circumstances during the free assessment.
-
Personal training is an ongoing, ability-building service rather than a clinical treatment plan, and it can run alongside any physical therapy your loved one already receives.
